Remove brake rotors from brake rotors from hub assemblies. Install new rotors onto hub assemblies, clean and lubricate caliper pivot and mounting points, install new brake pads into calipers. Install calipers on spindle and torque calipers bolts to manufactures specifications. Install wheel assemblies torque lug nuts to manufacturers specifications. Road test to verify brake performance and to seat in new pads.

    • Perform visual inspection on A/C components, check condenser for any foreign object damage, inspect compressor belt condition. Inspect and adjust A/C compressor belt tension where applicable. Clean A/C condenser fins of dirt and debris. Perform environmentally safe evacuation of A/C system, which removes old freon, oil and any other contaminants such as water. Vacuum test system; this will determine if there is any leaks. Very small leaks may not be detected by unit due to being gradual, so we will add die to system if needed to facilitate the finding in a future service. VACUUM TEST: PASSED NO major leaks detected Recharge system if vacuum test passes; this includes the manufacturer specified amount of freon and compressor oil. Check for proper operation of HVAC controls, blower motor and secondary or primary engine cooling fan. When testing for system function, A/C not cooling as cold as it should. performed further inspection and found radiator cooling fan not coming on. performed diagnostic on cooling fan and tech determined cooling fan inop (Shorted to ground). Recommend to replace radiator cooling fan assembly. Customer declined at this time.

Perform diagnostic, scanned for all DTC's and found the following codes: P0496:00 Evaporative Emission System Flow During Non-Purge. Tech performed EVAP function test, function test passed. Smoked tested system and found purge solenoid not restricting flow during non-purge, recommend to replace EVAP purge solenoid.
