1) Verified customer concern, CEL on. Scanned for DTC's found p0106 Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. Found Manufacturer Technical Service bulletin regarding p0106. Notified customer that Volkswagen recommends to not perform further diagnostics or replace components due to a p0106 fault before the software update in the bulletin is performed. Advised customer to go to Volkswagen to have the software update performed. 2) Verified customer concern, loud brake noise. Noise is consistent no matter the amount of pedal pressure or speed. Raised vehicle and removed wheels. Found front pads at 8MM and rear at 7MM, inspected pads and found glazed pad surface, heat spots on rotors. Recommend to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors to resolve noise concern. Warned customer that glazed braking surfaces may result in reduced braking power and longer stopping distance. Customer declined repairs at this time. 3) Verified concern when tech was pulling in vehicle for diag. only passenger side door unlocking with key fob. Customer states VW dealership repaired this issue about a year ago. Performed diagnostic and found faulty door lock actuator / latch assembly. Recommend to replace driver door latch assembly. Customer declined repair at this time.

Verified customer concern, window went up and down 2-3 times then stopped responding. Removed door panel for testing. Window regulator visually OK, Window motor good. Test power from door module. Power output from door module intermittent. test power output from master switch to door module, intermittent. Recommend to replace master window switch and recheck.
Replaced faulty master window switch, performed one-touch window feature relearn procedure. Both front driver and passenger windows now operating normally.
