Perform visual inspection on A/C components, check condenser for any foreign object damage, inspect compressor belt condition. Inspect and adjust A/C compressor belt tension where applicable. Clean A/C condenser fins of dirt and debris. Perform environmentally safe evacuation of A/C system, which removes old freon, oil and any other contaminants such as water. Vacuum test system; this will determine if there is any leaks. Very small leaks may not be detected by unit due to being gradual, so we will add die to system if needed to facilitate the finding in a future service. Recharge system if vacuum test passes; this includes the manufacturer specified amount of freon and compressor oil. Check for proper operation of HVAC controls, blower motor and secondary or primary engine cooling fan. Test the system to verify proper function and measure temperature output at vents. Freon recovered: 0.288 kgs Freon charged: 0.490 kgs Center vent temp before service: 75 Center vent temp after service: 45

Perform road test and rack vehicle. Raise vehicle and remove front wheels. Remove front wheels. Remove calipers from spindle assemblies and remove old brake pads. Remove brake rotors from brake rotors from hub assemblies. Install new rotors onto hub assemblies, clean and lubricate caliper pivot and mounting points, install new brake pads into calipers. Install calipers on spindle and torque calipers bolts to manufactures specifications. Install wheel assemblies torque lug nuts to manufacturers specifications. Road test to verify brake performance and to seat in new pads.
