    • Perform road test and rack vehicle. Raise vehicle and remove front wheels. Remove front wheels. Remove calipers from spindle assemblies and remove old brake pads. Remove brake rotors from brake rotors from hub assemblies. Install new rotors onto hub assemblies, clean and lubricate caliper pivot and mounting points, install new brake pads into calipers. Install calipers on spindle and torque calipers bolts to manufactures specifications. Install wheel assemblies torque lug nuts to manufacturers specifications. Road test to verify brake performance and to seat in new pads.

    • Road tested vehicle and verified customer concern, vehicle shakes and continues to vibrate even when feet are off the pedals. Returned to shop and performed visual inspection, found front brake pads recent but rotors appear to have been reused. Recommend to begin with 4 wheel balance. Performed 4 wheel balance and vibration is now gone although there is still a slight pulsation when pressing brake pedal.
