WIPER BLADES – Remove & Replace 17" Passenger / 26" Driver
Perform road test and rack vehicle. Raise vehicle and remove Rear wheels. Remove rear wheels. Remove calipers from spindle assemblies and remove old brake pads. Remove brake rotors from brake rotors from hub assemblies. Install new rotors onto hub assemblies, clean and lubricate caliper pivot and mounting points, install new brake pads into calipers. Install calipers on spindle and torque calipers bolts to manufactures specifications. Install wheel assemblies torque lug nuts to manufacturers specifications. Road test to verify brake performance and to seat in new pads.
AUTOMATIC CVT TRANSAXLE FLUID – REPLACE BRAKE LINES & CABLES – INSPECT – [Visually inspect for proper installation. Check for chafing, cracks, deterioration, and signs of leaking. Replace any deteriorated or damaged parts immediately.] BRAKE SYSTEM – INSPECT – [Brake pads, rotors, drums & linings: Check for wear, deterioration and fluid leaks. Replace any deteriorated or damaged parts immediately.] DIFFERENTIAL FLUID – INSPECT – [Replace (not just inspect) oil/fluid if towing a trailer, using a camper or a car-top carrier, or driving on rough or muddy roads.] DRIVE BELTS – INSPECT – [Check engine drive belts for wear, fraying or cracking and for proper tension. Replace any damaged drive belts.] DRIVESHAFT BOOTS – INSPECT EXHAUST SYSTEM – INSPECT – [Visually inspect the exhaust pipes, muffler and hangers for leaks, cracks, deterioration, and damage. Tighten connections or replace parts as necessary.] FUEL SYSTEM – INSPECT – [Fuel lines/connections, Fuel tank vapor vent system hoses: Check the fuel hoses, piping and connections for leaks, looseness, or deterioration. Tighten connections or replace parts as necessary.] PROPELLER SHAFT – INSPECT – [Check for damage, looseness, and grease leakage.] STEERING SYSTEM – INSPECT – [Steering Gear and Linkage, Axle and Suspension Parts, Drive Shaft Boots: Check for damage, looseness, and leakage of oil or grease. Under severe driving conditions, inspect more frequently.] SUSPENSION COMPONENTS – INSPECT – [Axle and suspension parts: Check for damage, looseness, and leakage of oil or grease. WHEEL STUD – Remove & Replace – Rear,One Side,Rotor
Perform road test and rack vehicle. Raise vehicle and remove Rear wheels. Remove rear wheels. Remove calipers from spindle assemblies and remove old brake pads. Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. If Camber and/ or Caster are not within Spec and adjustment can not be perform because of special equipment prepare estimate, do advise costumer.Set Front toe. Remove alignment equipment. Road test Vehicle.
