    • Verified customer concern, passenger side low beam does not turn on when lights are on. Performed inspection, Swapped bulbs and verified bulb is good, tech noticed bulb comes on for a few seconds at times when wiring going to bulb socket is moved slightly. Wiring going to socket is not OEM and has been repaired before. Recommend to repair wiring and replace connector.
    • LOW BEAM HEADLAMP SOCKET – Remove & Replace – Right Side
    • Performed All DTC scan and found codes for MAF and TPMS low battery. Advised Customer that one or several TPMS batteries are dead and should be replaced to return TPM system back to working order. Visual inspection found intake tubing cracked and resonator broken. Further diagnostic recommended for stored MAF code.

    • Verified customer concern, brake lights stay illuminated regardless of pedal position and ignition position. vehicle can be completely shut off and key out of vehicle and doors locked and brake lights will stay on, Perform inspection. Tech inspected components and found brake light circuit active and on before fuse. Performed test of brake light switch and verified switch is functioning normal at this time and is able to shut off and turn on lights, although when testing switch tech noticed brake pedal switch pad missing. Installed new brake pedal switch pad and no adjustment to brake light switch was needed. Brake lights now functioning normally.

    • According to costumer ther is noise concern, winter pack and gas door/sliding door issue. Inspect and report.
    • Perform road test and rack vehicle. Raise vehicle and remove front wheels. Remove front wheels. Remove calipers from spindle assemblies and remove old brake pads. Remove brake rotors from brake rotors from hub assemblies. Install new rotors onto hub assemblies, clean and lubricate caliper pivot and mounting points, install new brake pads into calipers. Install calipers on spindle and torque calipers bolts to manufactures specifications. Install wheel assemblies torque lug nuts to manufacturers specifications. Road test to verify brake performance and to seat in new pads.

If Camber and/ or Caster are not within Spec and adjustment can not be perform because of special equipment prepare estimate, do advise costumer.Set Front toe. Remove alignment equipment. Road test Vehicle.
