- CONDENSER – Remove & Replace – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- Vacuum test system; this will determine if there is any leaks. Very small leaks may not be detected by unit due to being gradual, so we will add die to system if needed to facilitate the finding in a future service. VACUUM TEST: PASS Recharge system if vacuum test passes; this includes the manufacturer specified amount of freon and compressor oil. Check for proper operation of HVAC controls, blower motor and secondary or primary engine cooling fan. Test the system to verify proper function and measure temperature output at vents. Freon recovered: 0.092 LBS Freon charged: 0.813KG Center vent temp before service: 70F Center vent temp after service: 44F
- Reinstall front left fender moulding with new clips. Customer provided moulding with broken front mounting clips and tabs. Installed relocated lower screw to secure front of molding.
